To initiate a return or exchange for an item from Beritzy, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our customer support team or visit our website to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is required for processing your return or exchange.
- Place the item in its original packaging and securely pack it in a shipping carton.
- Include the invoice and provide a clear reason for the return. If the item is defective, please specify the defect.
- Avoid placing stickers or shipping labels directly on the original manufacturer's package.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the shipping carton to ensure a smooth process.
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return it for a refund within 30 days from the shipping date from our warehouse (excluding shipping and handling charges). For Pre-Owned items, the return period is 14 days from the delivery date.

To request an RMA number, please contact our customer support or refer to our website. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization from Beritzy. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Certain items may have a limited return policy, categorized as special items (refer to the Special Orders section below). Ensure that all purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials are in new condition to avoid refusal or restocking fees of 10-25% for used or damaged items.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days (14 days for Pre-Owned Items).
- The item must be in new condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The return package should include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
- Ship the item using an insured ground service (USPS or UPS) with a tracking number. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, and we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged packages.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return under the following circumstances:
- Signs of wear are evident.
- Parts of the item are missing.
- If there are noticeable discrepancies or damages upon receiving your purchase, or if the wrong item was delivered, please refer to the "What to do if there is a discrepancy with your order" section.
Return Fee for Initial Shipping Costs:
All returns will have the initial cost of shipping from Beritzy to the customer deducted from the refund.
Restocking Fees:
Items priced under $7,000 USD do not incur a restocking fee. However, select items sold on Beritzy.com may be considered "Special Orders" and may be subject to a limited return policy. A "Special Order" may include:
- Items not stocked in our inventory.
- Items not listed on our website that are specially ordered from our distributor.
- All items with a sale price equal to or greater than $7,000.
Returns of these special items/orders will be subject to an 8% restocking fee or may be considered final sale, unless otherwise agreed upon by Beritzy.com staff via mail, fax, or email.
